  Stop hiding behind your branding, and start SELLING! Look, you'd be hard pressed to find someone who geeks out and loves branding more than me. I LOOOOOOVE branding I'm obsessed with it. I go to the movies, and I analyze the fonts and colors they choose for ads. Walking down the street, I have commentary on every business' bold promise, positioning label, fonts, colors, brand experience... I'm THAT person So hear me out on this one, it's not that I'm anti-branding at all I strongly believe that if you're not branding right you're leaving SO MUCH MONEY on the table Stop that, we don't like you missing out on BUT.... you can't hide behind your branding You can have the prettiest branding in the world, but if you're not focusing on sales, it doesn't matter! When you think of pricing for your business do you immediately think of your hourly rate? If so, you need to change your strategy Stop trading time for money Going forward, I want you to think in terms of RESULTS and VALUE. What results are you creating for your clients? What does it mean for your clients to get those results? How does your business improve their life? What's the cost to their lives if they don't make a change that your business provides?
